Experience: I have Owned 3 servers 2 for Sven Coop and 1 for TS. I've been Co-owner of 4 servers admin on like over 30 servers i can only remember some Sacrator,Mecklenburg Fun Roleplay (Long long time ago),. BUt For Co-owner Doomsdayrp,Ryo's TSRP,Lunchbox's TSRP,Gambino's TSRP and 1 more i cant remember.

Reason for applying: I want to take care of dm'ing making sure everyone has a job and managing the server.

Examples - These must be answered.

A DMer comes onto the server, how would you handle the situation?
Give Him a Warning Then Kick then if he comes back and dms 1 day ban then a 1 week ban then a permban.

There is a flamewar between two people, how can you handle the situation?
Tell Them To Stop if they do not stop kick one of them to make it stop and if it starts back up again a 30 min ban then a 2 hrs ban and if it keeps happening warm them the next time will be perm and if they do it more thery get permed banned.

Just one of them? They both did the wrong thing, if they are both still flaming kick both but if one is flaming kick the one that continues. Don't just kick one person, that will make people think you are favoriting the one you didn't kick.

It Means I only kick 1 of them to see if that solves the problem
