Experience:Ive never really been an admin for Tsrp but i have lots of exp. being an admin on other roleplay games and cs. ive been admins 20 times or so on different servers
Reason for applying: i seen lots of dmers at times then i also seen admins abusing spawning and stuff and i dont really like that and i wont do that

A DMer comes onto the server, how would you handle the situation? I give him 3 warnings by kicking saying dont do it again and then if it happens again a day ban the next day if they come in and dm i ban them for 2 days then a week and so on and so for until it ends up as a perm
There is a flamewar between two people, how can you handle the situation?
I tell them no spamming and each other on friends and go been noobs on there.but not in this server of rp then kick them
Extra Comments: i think i would make a really good admin or atleast better than the rest at the point of time and the other admins that i have seen so far.
