mic. fuction

I don't know if this is possible but, can you make the mic. fonction that when someone use it only people near him will be able to hear him!

What this will do:
This will be less annoying.
Let people use custom sounds who can be used in some RP situation to make it more interresting and funny.
People in the club will be able to play their own music.

Thats how it IS currently set up.

Bishop, Yesturday I saw "Dick" using his mic fuction to play music, but everyone heard him.

He wasnt playing he aws annoying like all the times he gets on serv.

I'd like to ask permission to use HL1 barney and scientist .wavs, there are some REALLY good rp noises in there. So much fun could be made from them One of the scienteist ones is, Who ate all the donuts? Then all the employees could have a bounty hunt on who ate the donut, and the Opposing Force and Barney and Otis .wavs are great for teamwork situations, like one of the Barney ones is, I got your Back, and Friendly Fire! Opposing Force has really good taunts, like Get some! And Fuck you! Another thing from opposing force are the Hgrunt radio sounds. There are so many combinations, great alternative to the CB Radio ingame. Sometimes cops are busy and can't type in radio messages. Very realistic for police and military. e.g., "Foxtrot! Tangos sighted! Enemy down!" Would put in way more action. might be tricky to set this up though. Also, I'd like to ok that I can play some of my classic rock songs mover HLSS too, they're not that anime/techno crap, it's good rock n' roll. Such as, Black Sabbath, Motley Crue, ACDC, Twisted Sister, Aerosmith, ZZ Top, Ozzy Osbourne, Thin Lizzy, etc.
