Job list: MeckTek Executive ($70/h) - The Executive's job is solely that of advancing Mecklenburg technologically; i.e finding new ways to improve the body and mind for Mecklenburg's citizens, optimizing performance on items and the economy, as well as giving way for more advanced research teams to being projects.
MeckTek HoST ($65/h) - The Head of the Science Team(HoST) leads the Science Team into development, further research, or just drinks at the bar. The occupation is usually backed with a bit of paperwork, a quota for experiments and theories, and a lot of integrity. He is the Exec.'s second-in-command at all times, and often helps the Exec. with any issue partaining the business.
MeckTek Scientist ($55/h) - The footman of MeckTek Corporation, the Scientist is payed regularly and given a bonus whence providing a good theory. While conducting his/her own experiments is a plus, it is often not available to said scientist, thus, a bonus is given in place at thought of a new theory. A bi-weekly quota of submissions will be required, failure to complete said quota is grounds for immediate termination. The light-hearted or feeble minded need not apply.
MeckTek Security Guard ($35/h) - The MeckTek Security Team has the highest overall performance of any other security force in the nation, as even the rookies are to go through extremely rigorous application processes and thorough physical examination. The highly valued security force of MeckTek Corporation is strictly for defensive purposes, and will not usually, if ever, leave his post of command while there are faculty at work.
MeckTek Janitor ($25/h) - MeckTeck Corporation Janitor. Possibly the finest at his employment, he is also payed 150% of what his buddies back at custodian school make. While usually not even directed to, the Janitor can perform many tasks, such as: cleaning up, retrieving test tubes from other scientists, and, although frowned upon, can be used for.. "scientific advancements." That's right, in signing up for a simple janitorial job, you could be thrown into another world, or grow an extra pair of nipples. It's not all bad, though, free donuts are a plus.
Description of what is your purpose, what do you plan to offer to the community, and what are your goals: Our purpose is simply that of the technological advancement of Mecklenburg and it's fine citizens. While not having the power to do so directly, the theories and ideas coule be put forth to new items, new RP's, bug fixes, exploit-finding, etc. The community will hopefully benefit from this Corporation, and take kindly to it's new existence, as well as accept and use any products we may finalize, as citizens of Mecklenburg. Our goals are to one day create a better Mecklenburg for everybody, and to give them something new to experience every once in a while - Mecklenburg has been the same for years, it's time to spice things up... with SCIENCE!
Custom mods: I'm almost positive we'll have to play this by ear, as more or less everything will be custom.
Additional Information: The job prices are a bit high, but we're a Corp, and, well.. // nobody'll really RP a scientist for a low pay. i mean, people will apply for the pay but this is a very Role-Play necessary job, and can't be taken lightly.\\ If you'd like them changed, address me and we can come to an agreement.
