Experience: I am not lying here. I was an admin on two servers. One was menchis (a dying server) and one was dark messiah (A rock hard server, but died because the owner was selfish and went on black market and god admin and crap. In return he closed his server down)
I also owned my own server. At first it was called Eternity rp. But then i called it the mgs themed server rp opening. I had many of the plugins that are released and the only reason i'm not on my server now is that no one can join. (i presume it was a hacker that had ruined my server, i know he made it so there was a bunch of lag so we all had to quit but after that i took a break, came back, and it didnt work.)
Reason for applying: I have to be honest, completely. I miss being an admin. Call me crazy, but i miss getting rid of assholes and helping out the players. Once you go admin, you never go back.
Examples - These must be answered.
A DMer comes onto the server, how would you handle the situation? I would try my very best to get him an rp name, and have him try to rp. If nothing works, i will kick him the first time. 2nd time, 10 min ban. 3rd time is hour ban. 4th time is perm ban.
There is a flamewar between two people, how can you handle the situation?i will try to resolve the problem. If that doesnt work i will turn off ooc. IF no matter how many times i turn off ooc, they keep flooding, then i will move to kicking and banning for 5 mins (no more then that)
