Experience: I've been role-playing since TS launched about 8 years ago. I've played with the best of the best including servers like nukesilo, pimplordz and AoG. I know more about TSRP then just about any good TSRP player left. I've been doing this for a very long time, and I'm starting to think it was a waste. I hope to change that by having 1 last final run. I know every amxx command having used it on multiple games. I also know how to administrate a tsrp server and many other servers having owned 3. Now I may be new to arp but its quite similar to harbu so I'll be able to figure out the commands soon enough. But I think my best trait I have to offer besides my large amount of experience is maturity. I respect you if you respect the server, its players and the administration. And showing that maturity I listen to both sides of a confrontation before taking action.

Reason for applying: Bishop said he wasn't feeling good and he seemed like he had a lot of work to do, So I'm applying to try to keep the server in order so he doesn't have to keep coming in and out.

A DMer comes onto the server, how would you handle the situation? Slay him first, if he doesn't stop I'll kick him, if he returns and countinues I perm ban. I give 3 chances and on the last I perm ban on almost any situation.
There is a flamewar between two people, how can you handle the situation? Mute them both, and use amx_csay to tell them to take it to steam chat or forum Private Messages. And if they countinue when I unmute I kick them both.
