Experience: Words can't express my experience, only by you seeing it. But for me to say nothing, would seem like I know nothing toward you guys probably. So I'll give you a run down. I first started playing roleplay about five years ago on and off. And when I played it was greatly and often. Pimplordz TSRP was my first server for proof, and it was Shaunsville. Then I played so many servers from there on, too many to remember so not sure. I've roleplayed every job and dealt with problems before also. As even a roleplayer I've solved several admin related problems. Now for being an admin. I've been an admin in several servers and could probably get in several more recent ones if I honestly tried. I know how to deal with any problems to come or happen currently. Whether it's giving jobs or dealing with a dmer. For the record, I've turned dmers into roleplayers before. I've dealt with many dmers. I know any important commands and how to use them correctly. Even if this is now ARP. That sums a decent amount up.
Reason for applying: My reason for applying, is because I was recommended and I think I could fill the requirements and improve the server in many ways.

A DMer comes onto the server, how would you handle the situation?
In order to handle the situation, I'd do the same thing several others would do to be honest. First thing to do of course is give a warning first off. Try convincing them to stop first off. If they continue to dm then kick them from the server. If they realize from their mistakes by being disciplined as so and stop I'll leave them alone. If they rejoin and continuously kill the players then I'll ban them temporarily. Chances are for an hour depending on the amount of dming. Usually will be an hour. Then next time they're seen, if they're dming I'll ban them permanently after warning them. Then if they require an unban request, chances are I'll deny it or give them another chance.
There is a flamewar between two people, how can you handle the situation?
First of all, try working it out normally by speaking with them. Examples such as, convince or persuade them to stop, I'd say more in detail but I don't have a specific situation. Another is, help solve the problem that started it in order for them to realize a solution. Which always can be a good idea. Several other options I could probably think of, off the top of my head before the last one coming up. Last choice would be, kicking or banning if it's in the server. If it's on the forum lock the topic and pm them both not to continue in another topic.
