[Helicopter] radio device:
This is an item when used, allow you to be "transported by helicopter" (teleported) to a designated location.
E.g. :
Esan say:/inventory
1. ATM card
2. Tazer
3. [Helicopter] Radio device
*esan press 3*
*helicopter menu*
Chose a location
1. Hospital roof
2. Police Station's roof
3. Admin Tower roof
4. Bank front door
5. Bar roof
8. Group (you have to look at the player you want to transport with you)
*radio message: ETA: 3 minutes [30 seconds]*
[You have to wait until the helicopter arrival, don't leave the area]

I suggest to make it able to transport groups of people:
when you open the menu: select the option 8 when you look at the player you want to transport with you and then select your destination.
